I have to confess. It’s really hard to get together with anyone, especially during the school year. Hopefully during spring break we will be able to film the one movie we had planned… It all depends on Andrew really, I haven’t asked him about it yet. Eheh. The last time I got together with him, we were set building. It was very hard to find the pieces we were looking for, so It took way longer than expected. We had it planned for the next day that I would come over, but it didn’t work out.

So yea, that was old news, I just never posted it. Sorry. Looking forward to doing something soon, I just have to get to practicing. I’m pretty rusty. Making them walk is harder than you think!

I have a very… odd movie I whipped up in After Effects. Sure, it’s not any good, but it’s the first thing I’ve ever made in After Effects.

The forums will…not be up and running soon. I’ve been trying, but I simply can’t figure out what the problem is! So, I’ve gone to the support forums (oh dear) and I’m hoping someone knows how to fix this. . .

I installed everything correctly, and I backed up everything from the old forum, but after I restore it with the backup file, it won’t let any accounts log in. I don’t understand! *crys*

So, in the meantime, there is a . . .forum, you don’t have to sign up to use it, simply post. Keep in mind all of these posts on the “new” forum, will be gone once I fix everything.

Yay: The website is now on a new server! This brings us… faster speeds, low percentage of downtime, and PANCAKES!! The New Webhost is amazing isn’t it? Its so zippy. I know Andrew likes it too, so he can’t reply with his sarcasm. yes!

Nay: The forums are down temporarily due to the transfer, however, they will be up and running just as they were before. . .soon.

Alright, so today, I just accepted a proposal to postpone our first curriculum series until next year.  Mostly because… well, I have school. And that seems to hinder my animating. If only it DIDN’T matter what I did in school, but it does, and with finals on the horizon (I’m in just about all honors) I pretty much need total devotion to school, not looming deadlines.

But this can also be a good thing. Well… it’s all around good anyway.  Since I’m not tied up with all this until … well, until I decide to film for the curriculum, I can FINALLY star up Solunera… and maybe make a music video if Nathaniel is okay with it (I’m sure he would, I got him hooked on Daft Punk XD). And it’s about time Livebrick makes some ripples in the Brickfilming community. Maybe people will take us seriously if we have more than seconds-long animations and no plots.

HOORAY FOR THE FUTURE! (except for finals… I’m scared….)

 Well, I purchased and received the preamp I was talking about, and it sounds just as good as the other one, only 20 pounds lighter! Someday I’m going to have to bring it over to Andrew’s and do some voice overs, or something, for him. I mean, considering he needs voices for the chapel’s videos.

I wish I could put a little audio snippet of it up here, so all of you could hear what it sounds like, but I’m at my friends house. And besides, what would I say anyway? Meh, I’ll have to use it and talk to Andrew through AIM.
